FEES - I CHARGE CURRENTLY £5.50 PER HOUR
I DO OFFER BLOCK FEES, THESE ARE FOR REQUIRED SET HOURS, AND SUPPLIED AT A REDUCED RATE TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH FAMILIES REQUIREMENTS
PARENTS SUPPLY MEALS, RESOURCES LIKE NAPPIES, WIPES, SUN CREAM FOR THEIR CHILD, ( Spares are available to use if required)
Trips are mainly covered by fees except in occasional circumstances and parents are advised before the events and costs discussed accordingly

Funding- This is supplied the same as fees with parents supplying what their child needs ie nappies, packet lunch etc.
There are no top ups as not allowed and no nasty surprises parents receive an invoice that's fully itemised and can opt out of any voluntary consumables or contributions towards trips or outings, in the event costs can't be covered the trips are rearranged and other activities planned,
Funded and private fees families are treated equally and no preferences to either are made.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT FUNDING
Where funding is accessed:
• Parents are responsible for eligibility checks and
reconfirmations
• Funding must remain valid at all times
• Any funding shortfall, withdrawal, claw back, expires or
ineligibility becomes immediately payable by the parent
• Funding cannot be refunded
• Funding eligibility changes must be reported to childcare
provider immediately, Fees become payable by the parents with parental
responsibility if funding is withdrawn by Devon Local Authority.
Funding is delivered in line with Devon Local Authority and HM Government requirements for early years educational childcare only.
